Nidhi Alexander
Chief Marketing Officer Hexaware Technologies, Jersey City, New Jersey, United States
Nidhi Alexander is the Chief Marketing Officer at Hexaware Technologies, where she has led marketing and analyst and advisor relations since 2022. Her professional roots are in journalism. She began her career at Star Television (News Corp), contributing to programs including Focus Asia and National Geographic Today, before making the transition into technology marketing. The discipline of those early years—how to frame a story, what an audience needs to hear—has remained a through-line across 25 years of subsequent work. She built much of her early marketing career at Infosys, where she worked across field marketing, academic relations, and employer branding. She later joined Mindtree as a leading analyst and global head of advisor relations before taking on broader leadership responsibilities. At Hexaware, Nidhi's focus has been on building a marketing function with genuine commercial accountability—one measured on pipeline contribution and brand credibility, and central to that has been analyst and advisor relations. Alongside this, she has deepened executive client engagement through ForeSight, Hexaware's annual leadership forum, and established the Customer Advisory Board to give senior clients a structured role in shaping the company's strategic direction. She has also overseen the integration of advanced AI across the 85-person team's workflows, freeing the function to operate at a more strategic level. Under her leadership, Hexaware has achieved approximately 140% brand value growth since 2021, became the second-fastest-growing IT services brand among Indian peers in 2026, and debuted in—then retained—the Brand Finance Top 25 global IT services ranking. Her work has earned recognition across multiple international awards programs, with the marketing team winning Marketing Department of the Year and Nidhi receiving individual recognition for her body of work. She holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature (Honors) from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate diploma in English Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication. She is a committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and takes pride in Hexaware being recognized as one of the Economic Times’ Best Organizations for Women four times since 2023.
