The International Business Awards® accept entries in scores of categories, grouped as follows.
Achievement Categories
Categories to recognize singular business achievements in areas such as business turnaround, finance, revenue generation, and science and technology, among others.
Achievement in Management Categories
Categories recognizing the achievements of entire management teams, groups of managers, and individual executives.
Achievement in Marketing Categories
Achievement in Public Relations Categories
Categories recognizing achievements since the beginning of 2024 in all corporate communications, investor relations, community affairs, public relations, etc. functions.
AI Innovation & Transformation Categories
New for 2026. These categories recognize innovation in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) by individuals and organizations worldwide. Nominations should describe how AI technologies have been applied in innovative ways since 1 January 2024.
App Categories
Categories that recognize excellence in smartphone and tablet apps.
Company/Organization Categories
Categories that recognize the achievements of entire for-profit and non-profit organizations, including Company of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Fastest-Growing Company of the Year, among others.
There are no entry fees for nominations in the Company of the Year categories (categories B01 - B45).
Stevie Award winners in the Company of the Year categories will automatically be included in public voting for the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies.
Creative Categories
Categories that recognize the achievements of advertising and marketing agencies, creative departments and teams, and creative leaders.
Entrepreneur Categories
These are categories to recognize individual entrepreneurs, in a variety of industries, and founding teams, in several industry sectors.
Event Categories
Categories that recognize live, virtual, and hybrid events staged since the beginning of 2024.
Individual Categories
A variety of categories to recognize the recent achievements of individual professionals
New Product & Product Management Categories
Podcast Categories
Categories to recognize the best podcasts in the since the beginning of 2024.
Public Sector & Government Innovation Categories
New for 2026. These categories recognize innovation by government ministries, public agencies, public enterprises, and municipalities worldwide. Nominations should describe how public sector organizations have designed and implemented innovative approaches since 1 January 2024 that improve public value, citizen experience, or institutional performance.
Publication Categories
Categories that recognize excellence in annual reports, marketing and sales literature, white papers, and other publications.
Social Media Categories
These categories recognize innovation in social media content creation and moderation, management, and marketing.
Support Categories
Categories to recognize the recent achievements of your administrative support, research, maintenance, etc. teams.
Sustainability Categories
Categories to recognize the recent achievements of individuals, teams, and entire organizations to plan, approach, and achievement organizational, industry, or national sustainability goals.
Thought Leadership Categories
Categories to recognize organizations that have taken active measures to develop their executives and employees as thought leaders, and promote their thought leadership to audiences inside and outside the organization.
